The role would be suitable for a person who has an interest in office administration and handling customer calls. • Customer Service Manager

  We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to work within our head office based in Uxbridge West London. The role would involve responding to customer complaints. Escalating problems to the technical team or other members of the operational department. Daily liaison, coordination and follow up on complaint resolution from engineers. Updating customer information in the company’s database. Providing information about new and existing products and services. Tracking and processing orders. Making sales and processing payments, when necessary. Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the manager. Handling telephone calls (general queries). Daily liaison with Lead generators/internal surveyors. Schedule surveys with customers and assign them to surveyors. Conduct preliminary checks on customer’s eligibility. Dealing with local councils to get on board with them for flexibility scheme.
