Must receive one or more of the following benefits administered by DWP:
- Working Tax Credit
- Universal Credit
- Income Related
- Employment Support
- Allowance
- Pension Credit
- Child Tax Credit
- Income Support
- Income Based Jobseekers
- Allowance
- Housing Benefit (Newly added benefit under ECO4)
- Pension Savings Credit (Newly added benefit under ECO4)
HHCRO (BENEFITS 2)
Must have signed self-declaration form to prove the resident has the correct household income.
Must receive Child Benefit with a household income below the relevant threshold:
